I am a Clinical Supervisor and Master Practitioner of counselling practice, registered with the Canadian Professional Counselling Association as well as an International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counsellor. I have many years of experience in helping others help themselves.
My practice involves client centered counselling. One size DOES NOT fit all. Abstinence, Harm Reduction Techniques, plans, supplements (vitamins), nutrition, spiritual and emotional support are all essential parts of a plan.
